v1.3.0 — Widgets & Analytics

Two of the most requested tools for owners are here: widgets to promote your listing anywhere, and analytics to see what's working.

Widgets

• Widgets page — A new page under Overview → Widgets in the bot and server dashboards. Pick a widget, customise it and copy the code in three steps.
• Large card — Your background image, icon, name, owner and stats, with a Vote on fbl.gg button that takes people straight to your vote page.
• Compact card — A slim card with your icon, short description and stats, for places where space is tight.
• Badges — Small badges for votes, votes this month, servers (bots) or members (servers), and rating. They match the style of other README badges.
• Customise it — Choose a dark or light theme, rounded or square badges, and set your own accent and background colours. Text automatically stays readable on any background.
• Copy and paste — Get your widget as Markdown, HTML or a plain image link, ready for a GitHub README, website or docs page.
• Always up to date — Widgets refresh automatically as your votes and stats change, so you never have to update the image.

Analytics

• Analytics page — A new page under Overview → Analytics in the bot and server dashboards.
• Key numbers — Views, unique visitors, invite or join clicks, other link clicks and votes, with a daily chart you can switch between.
• Traffic sources — See how people find you: search, tags, the home page, other listings, your widgets, other websites or direct visits.
• Top leads — The exact search terms, tags and websites sending you the most visitors.
• Countries and devices — Where your visitors are and whether they use desktop, mobile or tablet.
• Date range — View the last 7 or 14 days.
• Sample data — Turn on sample data to explore the dashboard before your own numbers build up.
• Private by design — We don't store IP addresses or account IDs. Visitors are counted with an anonymous ID that changes every day, so nobody can be followed across days or listings. Bots and crawlers aren't counted.

💡 Tip

Put a widget in your README that links to your vote page. Visits from it show up in Analytics as Widget, so you can see exactly how much traffic it brings.
